About this Program

As the world equips itself to deal with new viruses and the "new normal", it has left many of us feeling vulnerable. At such an uncertain time, let's fortify our bodies, using the ancient wisdom of yoga. No matter what issues our bodies face, whether trivial or significant, there is a yoga practice suited to overcome our issues. These issues can be anything ranging from stress, anxiety, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, different addictions, etc. Allow Sanjay, who, using his knowledge of the original ancient scriptures of India, will design a yoga course suited to relieve your mind and body off all issues. This course will be online, one on one with the teacher. Hence participants can feel free to discuss their issues and limitations with the teacher and be rest assured of confidentiality, and 100% customization of the course, suited to their needs.

Sanjay Choudhary - M.A. (Yoga), Govt Of India Certified

Sanjay Kumar Choudhary is a Certified Yoga Teacher by the Ayush Ministry of the Government Of India. He has been graded highly by the Quality Council of India QCI Level - II.

Sanjay has taught yoga actively for more than 10 years. For the past 3 -4 years he has been teaching across Thailand and Indonesia, even leading yoga initiatives of the Government of India, like the International Day of Yoga in Bangkok, Bali and Makassar (Indonesia).

Sanjay has a Master's degree in Yoga and has dedicated his life to his craft. He enjoys inspiring others to improve their state of wellbeing and commit to long term health and fitness goals. His two mantras are - "Ahimsa Paramo Dharmah" - Non-Violent way of life, and " Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" - The whole world is a great big family.

All courses of Mannat Wellness ® are refundable (after subtracting transaction fees) if a refund is requested within 7 days of paying the fees, and services have not been availed yet. Beyond this 7 day window, all courses are-non refundable.

  1. For 7 day online courses :
    Your balance amount ( amount paid subtracted by the number of sessions attended in the particular course)  will be awarded to you as credit, that can be used to pay for any other course that you choose of the same or higher value. If you choose a course of lower value, no refund of excess amount will be processed.

  2. For online courses with pre-recorded content:
    No refund possible.

  3. For YTT and Retreats:
    No refund possible, however, you can choose a different room category or different date (reschedule).
