Our Program
The retreat is centered around daily expressive yoga practices that seamlessly blend the fluid movements of dance with the mindful poses of yoga. This style emphasizes continuous, flowing sequences that encourage creativity, freedom, and a deep connection with body and breath, paired with carefully selected music.
In addition to the dance-inspired yoga flows, the retreat will also include daily meditations, balancing out the energetic nature of the dance yoga flows, helping to integrate and deepen your connection to yourself, finding a balance between movement and stillness.
There will be good vibes and musical vibrations shared around the shala with live DJ sets accompanying some practices, including beats yoga flow, ecstatic dance, and active meditation.
Group reiki sessions are also included, as well as Yin yoga and relaxation. All with the aim of releasing the energy that’s no longer serving you and restoring your true, authentic energy. The retreat is designed to help you move to freedom and find stillness. This will be one of the most enjoyable and transformative experiences of your life!
