The surf and yoga retreat combines the hosts love for both surfing and yoga. Surf theory classes and video analysis is included to help your development. And there will be 1 coach to every 2 people so that you get plenty of dedicated time and a personalized coaching experience. They cater for all levels, beginners, intermidates, and advanced, and the coaches specialize in longboard style surfing, they’ll have you cross-stepping in no time! They can also offer coaching for short-boarders too.

They’ll create space for you to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Lombok and improve your surfing skills in amazing surf spots. You’ll also develop your yoga practice, which will in turn support your surfing. They’ll use Ashtanga Vinyasa to open up and strengthen the body.
